SLIMCELL® is a brand of Duelegs Srl. The DueLegs company belongs to the DUELEGS BBF Group and is involved in the production of hosiery, tights and underwear. As the real 'industrial' arm of the family group, it is able to satisfy large numbers and large volumes, with the aim of exploiting its production capacities to the full, ensuring that all customers are satisfied:
• impeccable service;
• adherence to delivery times;
• high volume production;
• control and management of costs in favour of the customer;
• full autonomy in all stages of processing;
• health, safety and well-being at work of its employees.
Conquering customers therefore presupposes:
• constant monitoring of the product, especially from a product quality point of view;
• a business process system capable of meeting customer requirements.
DueLegs S.r.l. is the result of 50 years of research and quality achieved also through continuous information flows between a team of people, who for two generations now have been passionately dedicating their skills and experience with the aspiration of always offering a product that meets the demands of increasingly demanding customers.
The company management promotes a culture of quality, health and safety through the commitment of all those who work in and for the company. This requires that each employee is involved and aware of his or her role and related responsibilities in achieving the objectives and continuous improvement that is the basis for the competitiveness required by the market. To achieve what is proposed, the Management promotes this document and ensures that at all levels of the organisation, including stakeholders, it is assimilated, disseminated and shared, through the alignment of the strategies, processes and resources put in place to achieve the expected results. In view of the internal and external context, market positioning, and the explicit and implicit needs of customers and other stakeholders, the Management deemed it essential to have adequate governance tools that could demonstrate the commitment stated here.
Through the application of the proposed guiding principles, the Management pursues the following objectives:
• generate profit for the company, to ensure business continuity, through the compliance of the product with the explicit requirements specified by the customer, the implicit ones depending on the specified use, and the laws, standards, and regulations applicable to our business sector, managing the resulting risks and opportunities;
• ensure the satisfaction of the implicit and explicit needs of all stakeholders, internal and external, identified in the reference context;
• implement and maintain an integrated Quality&Safety management system built in accordance with UNI EN ISO 9001 and UNI ISO 45001, aimed at satisfying customer requirements within the context and regulations applicable to our sector of activity, implementing a mutual exchange of experience with a view to a true partnership and giving great importance and priority to the health, safety and welfare of workers;
• systematic pursuit towards continuous improvement and optimisation of the organisation and production and management processes, to reduce wastage of means and resources wherever possible;
• collaborate with the customer, in the definition of the product and service modalities, in order to gain their trust, which is the result of a mutual exchange of experiences;
• use qualified suppliers who are able to ensure consistent quality production and evaluate them periodically to ensure their suitability;
• periodically analysing business risks/opportunities;
• operate in compliance with all applicable legal requirements concerning health and safety in the workplace as well as with the principles voluntarily subscribed to in respect of both workers and customers;
• Ensure the improvement of health and safety performance by defining appropriate performance indicators to achieve corporate objectives;
• plan and implement with criteria thought out and decided together with all workers to prevent and reduce possible injuries and accidents, adopting the best available techniques;
• Involve the entire staff in the management and implementation of the Integrated Quality & Safety Management System, aiming more and more at a 'team game', each according to their own competences and roles and commitment to worker consultation and participation through the company RLSs.
The members of the Management, in close cooperation with each other, periodically review the product and process indicators to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of the quality management system, as well as the impact that the strategic decisions taken have on customer satisfaction, the requirements of the parties
stakeholders in the context of risk and opportunity management for the company.
